The updated guideline specifies that shoppers may only buy up to five trading card packs or boxes per store visit. Yet, the wording has raised questions due to its lack of clarity. Precisely what counts as a "box" is not defined, and if someone could buy five premium Elite Trainer Boxes remains ambiguous.
Additionally, because the restriction is tied to each visit, in theory an eager reseller could make multiple trips—purchasing the maximum each time—to gather significant stocks over several hours.
